Does pip come with python 3.7.2?
Post Body

Super new to python but slowly learning. Iā€™m learning about modules and would like to try to get numpy or scipy. Iā€™ve watched a YouTube video that states that I should be able to go to my command prompt (Windows) and type ā€œpip - -versionā€ to double check that pip is installed. Iā€™ve heard that it should be automatically, however I get an error saying it isnā€™t when I do this. Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks!
