Updated specific locations to be searchable, take a look at Las Vegas as an example.

Got a beast of a batch processing project...I know what I want to do, I just don't know how to do it.
Post Body

Ok, so here's the general idea...I want to create a program that takes all input to a given pdf printer (which will be used for printing one type of form and one type of form only), scrapes it (probably using iText), fills the data into a word document (directly based on the form), prints the word document, saves the word document in two different locations based on a filename generated from the scraped data, exports it to a third as a pdf, and then "shreds" the copy sent to the printer. There's no way to export from the program my company uses, and our workflow involves copying massive amounts of data from the program into word, which takes up a lot of time.

Am I insane? Where do I begin? (I'd like to use either Java or C# for this).
