Where to host a .pdf for free with a user-friendly url?

I'm not sure where's the most appropriate subreddit to post this so I thought maybe here.
Any suggestions on where I can host a .pdf that can be accessible by a custom domain or a user friendly url for free or very cheapily?
I thought about hosting on Google Drive and using a url shortener but I was wondering if there's a better option.
