I recently got diagnosed myself, looking for help. I'm sorry if this isn't appropriate for this subreddit.
I love programming and I'm trying to teach myself C and python. What do you do to stay focused and not get distracted my all the other computer things? Tune out outside distractions?
I'm using pdf text books and music at the moment, and setting goals similar to a classroom setting. Get through x y z by said date and so on.
