Not learning, but more of "Keeping in loop"

At the moment Im mid-level Developer, but for the next 8 months, I will only have access to phone (and that's 1.5h a day, little more on weekends) with slow connection.
Obviously, it's more than easy to "vegatate" in such scenario and I'm afraid I might become RUSTy in that time.
Apart from reading blog posts, what would be your suggestion to keep my head in touch with programming and development?
