Running a python script at a specific time

Hi, I wrote a Python script that I would like to have automatically run in the morning on my MacBook. It is only used a couple times a week so I will be able to plan the night before. What is the best way to prevent my computer from sleeping and run the script at a certain time? Since this is only a couple times a week, I don’t need to make permanent changes to the computer. Thanks!
