How would you approach teaching elementary school kids programming?
Post Body

I want to teach a group of elementary schoolers "programming". I myself am in high school, and am slightly above average at programming. I do not expect them to reach the level of a fully fledged developer or even my level, but I want to introduce them to programming and thinking like a developer. At their age, it may be very hard to convince them to stick to programming, so how can I teach them while keeping it interesting and relevant?

EDIT: I should've added the different languages I am proficient in: Java, Javascript, Python, HTML CSS, and Swift. I am confident enough that I can teach the kids, but am unsure how to keep them interested.

Also, I decided to reword my self assessment of my programming ability.
