[Java] How to set a delimiter for each index of a string?

I want to know how to make it so I can split each part of a string into a separate token... for example if I set a default delimiter for the string, "Hello World" it would make my .next "Hello" and "World" right? I want to make it so when I .next it goes to the next letter in my string!
