Looking for a large public relational/ document database to benchmark my Java microservice

I'm learning DB concepts like partitioning , bucketing , sharding etc.
I want to find a large(Greater than 1 gb) relational/document database so that I can run load tests and compare the response time for different combination of optimizations. I tried mysql's sample airportDB but it wasn't large enough for my needs.
Most of the shit on AWS public datasets, kaggle and GCP public datasets is not relational and is more oriented towards BI and ML usecases from what I've explored.
