Any tips for setting up a project?
Post Body

Hello,

So, in short, I am a Master's Student in a covnersion course getting ready to start my major project for my degree. I know what I want to make, but I'm mostly worried about time, trying to do too much, and getting "lost" in my plan.

I have developed stuff before on my own, but usually it's pretty au hazzard because it's just personal fun projects. I just finished a group project in my previous term where we had to develop a web application and I took a leading role as I have the most dev experience, but when it comes to the "soft skills" like planning and stuff, I did a horrible job.

Does anyone recommend any tools for developing outlines and such? I'm planning to build a full stack app (I already built the API for it some years ago, and have a (bad) database structure for the data and all that. I'm going to re-vamp it to be more better, though, so mostly my focus will be on the frontend and making efficient calls to the backend. It's nothing fancy, just a PostGRES, Express, VueJS, Node stack, although I might consider C# as we learned that in a course and I kind of liked the language.
