Hey everyone. I ran into a problem lately that I find hard to visualize mathematically. It's the problem where you have two alcohol solutions with different abv percentages and the problem asks to solve for how much of each you need to mix to get x liters of y% alcohol.
I'm not really interested in a solution to one problem though. My question is how do you tackle a problem like this in general? And what if you have f.e. 3 or 4 or 5 different alcohol solutions that you have to mix? Just trying to get an intuition for how to think about this, any help is really appreciated!
