A recovering loon wants to learn math
Post Body

So..

Here I am... 800 Math SATs years ago. Never actually good at competitive math even then. The skill level is basic manipulation.

I went insane and tried hard to logically make sense of things. Didn't really have the tools.

I want to take Calc 3( Which I had taken at the beginning of the insanity with 100s til the collapse around my final)

... and another math elective next semester so I can get an associates in it. The options are Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Comp Sci or Discrete Math.

I have about a month to prepare for the next semester.

Now to sharpen the blade first and prepare for a while before actually hacking the tree.

I want to have a math brain. I was thinking AoPS books of some subject? Maybe What is Mathematics by Courant? I'm not exactly looking for learning a subject, I want to improve my deficiencies in thinking. Which come to think of it I should get medically tested so I know where I stand.
