How to overcome math anxiety and learn appropriately math?

Hi, I am a college student that would like to study computer science or an engineering degree, the problem is that due to some bad experiences in school and high school I developed math anxiety, I really want to improve my math skills and be good at it, I know that I can be better, what do you recommend to overcome this fear and to appropriately learn math?
