Simple trigonometric question
Post Body
this is the problem and data. My answer, obtained using Desmos and rounded to two decimals, is y = 17.83sin(0.52x 0.35) 42.44. The answer in the back of the book is "y = 17.8 sin(0.52t 3.11) 42.4". As you know, we can't get 3.11 by adding 2n*pi where n is an integer. So one on us is wrong. I checked 3 times whether the data i inserted into Desmos is identical with the book and it was exactly the same.
book or desmos(or probably me), Who's wrong?
