I want to calculate the chances of winning based on certain features

My data revolves around player matches, and certain features within those matches.
Right now, Iām learning about decision trees, which are useful in helping to identify the most important features in determining a win.
My next step would be, how can I predict the probability of winning based on a number of factors?
My tree model is fit to around 100 features, but would it be possible to input only 3 or so features and output a probability of a win?
