Practical courses and what next?

Hello everyone, I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the information on the internet. I want to dive into deep learning. I'm a student with a heavy math background and I have no problem learning theory (I even want to know what's going on behind the scenes). I started watching the CS299 course but I feel it is only theoretical. I'm looking for a road map that will tell me what to study and from where, theoretical courses alongside practical courses. Can someone guide me please?
