Installing or deploying finished java project in intelliJ?

I'm kind of new in using IDE's and I've been experimenting with IntelliJ for my java swing app. I think I'vr completed my java program. I was just wondering what do you do after you finish your project? How do you deploy or install your finished java program to another computer? Is there a deploy function in intelliJ that collects all of the files in your java program and turns it into an installer? Oh and do I need to put my third party libraries (.jar files) in the .idea -> libraries folder when I deploy? Because right now the files in there are .xml files. Thanks a lot.
