Im trying to figure out a lot of safelane carries because Im really enjoying terrorblade as well as FV and want to expand my horizons to similar heroes, but Im struggling with Antimage. He seems really weak early on, and cant really jungle efficiently until he gets his battlefury, which takes quite a while. Even after I get all the core items (Battle fury, Manta, BKB and Abyssal) I still dont feel like im doing enough.

For example in this game I just played, I had an ok early game, farmed slowly but average for my rank (500 mmr) and got my items, but by the end of the game I still didnt feel strong enough. How are you supposed to play antimage, and what makes him so strong? How do you not just melt when you fight?
