How to autocast orb effects with HoN key setup

Sorry if this has been asked before. I used to play with my key settings like league with spells on QWERDF and items on 1-6. I've recently changed to HoN keys were i use ALT QWEASD and now on certain heroes like Viper and OD I don't know how to toggle their orb effects to be auto cast. I know it used to simply be ALT key but now i have to manually right click the spell in order to toggle it which is quite annoying. Is there another key i need to bind it to or something? Thanks!
