My goal has been trying to at least climb out of 3100MMR but has been slowly declining

I've been stuck with a bunch of griefers in my last 8 games, and it's seriously getting on my nerves. I'm giving it my all, but you know what? Carrying the whole team solo is just not my thing. It's exhausting being the only one playing with a full deck. And get this, they keep reporting me for playing it safe—like, seriously? I only step out of the base if there's sentry and observer wardsa there. Can someone clue me in on whether I'm the odd one out here or if it's just my team causing all the problem?
