I've accepted i'm bad at the game, not sure what else to do.

I got to archon 1 a few weeks ago but it's a constant climb because i keep getting knocked back down. This time around I've lost over 500 mmr and now back to crusader 3, I don't know what else I can do to improve. I'm playing meta heroes and building items that are needed as a carry.
