Sorry if this is the wrong sub, feel free to reach out if so.
I’m visiting my family and my mom just casually brings me this gorgeous, possibly antique, travel painting suitcase. I can’t stop swooning, it’s just right up my alley. She picked all of this up at a thrift store, so there’s no way to know how old it all is.
I’m relatively new to painting (mostly watercolors and gouache), I was wondering if these paints are still good. Is there any way to tell if oils have gone bad?
There are also some charcoals, oil pastels, something that looks like an eraser (albeit old, or maybe just for a different medium than I’m used to), but I’m really not sure of what it all is used for. I don’t want to throw away anything unnecessarily, but I’m also flying home and want to get rid of things that are no longer useful.
Any thoughts?

You’re right; I’m going to save this as a reminder. (I’ll try not to look at the screenshot to much tho, don’t want to waste it)
