I got queue'd into a normal game with someone called RodonEndwell and he was playing ezreal and I noticed he had a really unique build. It was along the lines of:
Manamune, youmoo's ghostblade, boots of lucidity, maw of malmortius, trinity force, brutalizer.
I don't remember the exact order that he build them, and he probably had a doran's blade somewhere near the start, but his end build would basically be what I said. With this build, he focus's on cdr (the Youmoo's and brut unique passives stacks) and he ends up with 40% cdr, with manamune, he can spam all day. I've tested this in a custom game and your Q is on a 2.4 sec cd, E on a 6 second cd and ult on 48 sec cd. Each time your Q hits, it lowers cd by 1 sec, so your Q and E can be assumed as 1.4 sec cd and 4 second cd on E...
For an AD carry to have a flash-type skill on a 4 second cd is ridiculous, whilst Q is hitting roughly 700 dmg each on minions, and you had near enough infinite mana to spam with your manamune. It seemed really great (and FUN) in custom, but when I tried it in normal games, I just couldn't get it working. I felt a lack of dmg whilst I was building the manamune, and later on into the game, my auto atks really didnt hit for anything, and so the enemy ADC could kill me in 3-4 hits, which was enough time for me to Q him like, twice. Also this build had no lifesteal so I didn't get how it could work in an actual game. (I've also been reported a few times for buying manamune on ezreal lol)
However, I've seen rodonendwell's match history etc, and he wins A LOT of games with this build - he even does it on Ashe, and he wins comfortably with scores like 7/0/5, 19/4/13.
Do you guys think this build is viable at all for normal games?
