Now I have absolutely no idea if this already exists, if it does - great!

But I was just thinking that it would be nice for a good pre-made matchmaking system, in website form would be most convenient I'm sure. With reference to This Site , it's more or less the same idea (though for a different game). A website where a player can express their interest for wanting a pre-made group of 5 players, whether they want to do normal or ranked, what language they'd like to speak, what role they'd like to play etc etc. I think this would be great for the community, bringing people together, I think that's what League of Legends needs. At the moment it is full of a lot of people just solo queuing, thinking they are being all clever being a total douche and ruining the game for people that actually care. With this matchmaking system, people will be able to find like-minded players to play with. It may also be a boost for the competitive scene, with more teams most likely formed due to more League of Legends friendships being created.

Anyway, that's the kinda idea I have in my head, if this doesn't already exist and someone with the kinda skillset to get this going or good ideas to add could contact me through here, perhaps we could get something going!
