Riot hasn't released a skin for less than 1350 RP in over two years (and counting).

Some friends and I were discussing the recent Star Guardian skins and our general displeasure with the skin design quality and the overall state of the game, when I realized something. The last skin released for less than 1350 RP was Conqueror Nautilus, for 975 RP on July 9th, 2020. Just before that was the Thousand Pierced Bear Volibear, if you want to exclude seasonal or annual esports skins, released on May 28th of the same year. This is excluding the Arcane skins, as they were received for free as part of an event. Before Naut/Volibear, the last 975 skin was Conqueror Alistar on April 30th, 2019.
