she is strong in a lame way atm and it's largely due to her recent w buffs divine sunderer/sheen in general

illaoi is at her healthiest when her success depends on playing well like setting up tentacles, landing smart effective Es and whittling the opponent down, but currently after divine your ability to just stand on someone and smack them to death with right clicks, which is the exact situation she should never be able to win in

now, since for some reason divine hasn't been taken out of the game even though it's so ubiquitous riot has to manually adjust AP assassins to not buy it, i simply propose that Illaoi not be able to proc Sheen on her W, a very reasonable nerf that centers her kit back to what it should succeed at. since she already warrants a minor nerf at her current 53% winrate this would help a lot to put her back into balanced territory
