admittedly new Swain is still a much lamer and less fun kit but riot has spent too much money on making him a pop culture reference so theres nothing to be done. however I can no longer call him the worst vgu; that belongs to mordekaiser now. second worst is volibear
volibear simply needs to be more like his old self, flippy anti mobility juggernaut with lightning claws that dont suck rather than this offensively standard, sheen abusing diet hecarim. I'd settle for his massively downgraded characterization if they ever get around to fixing his gameplay
