I dont know why every rework of this character has to be more degenerate than the last
My only suggestion is that since his ultimate is now permanent he should probably regain the mana drain instead of a shoddy "just walk away bro" on a generously large AoE on a champ with good reason to build Rylais and Phase Rush. Maybe raise his E cooldown a little. rest of hims fine
