Why Is Eve Even Still Available?

Seriously...I've lost 5 (count 'em) ranked matches this week because of someone not getting what they want and picking Eve. She's COMPLETELY worthless, and ruins games by making them an instant 5v4. This, on top of all the "U DIDNT BAN _____ SO I FEED HAHAH U FAGGITS" people, makes me want to take a sledgehammer to all the servers and end everyone's misery.
