P – CHEMBARON’S TOUCH
Silco’s abilities and attacks apply a stack of Shimmer (up to 5), reducing the target’s Armor and Magic Resist by 3/4/5% (based on level) for 3.5 seconds.
Q – TOXIC DAGGER
Silco slashes in a line with his dagger, dealing 85/135/185/235/285 ( 10/20/30/40/50 per stack of Shimmer) ( 70% AP) magic damage, prioritizing Champions .
If this ability kills an enemy, refresh it’s cooldown by 50%.
W – SHIMMER INJECTION
Silco injects target (non-cannon) minion, ally Champion or small monster. After 0.5 seconds, the target gains 40/47.5/55/62.5/70 ( 15% AP) Armor and Magic Resist, 30/40/50/60/70 ( 15% AP) Attack Damage and 15/20/25/30/35% Movement speed for 5 seconds, 3 seconds for Champions. The injected target's basic attacks apply stacks of Shimmer. If the target is not a Champion, it immediately starts attacking the closest enemy, prioritizing Champions. After the effect ends, the target is stunned for 0.75 seconds.
Ally Champion: They can’t use abilities during this time.
Yourself: You may only use Q - Toxic Dagger during this time.
Friendly minion: it becomes a neutral monster; you may also damage it, while killing it grants full Gold value.
E – BLINDING CHEMFLASK
Silco charges up to 1.5 seconds, throwing a chemflask that explodes, dealing 20/50/80/110/140 ( 30% AP), up to 50/100/150/200/250 ( 100% AP) magic damage based on charge time. The explosion blinds enemies for 1.5 seconds, slowing them for 10/15/20/25/30%, up to 40/45/50/55/60% (based on charge time) for 2 seconds.
Silco may move while charging, but is slowed for 20%.
R – LETHAL OVERDOSE
Silco injects a target enemy Champion or Large Monster with at least 3 applied Shimmer stacks, transforming them over 0.5 seconds. For 6/8/10 seconds, they become an ally, gaining 50/75/100 ( 15% AP) Armor and Magic Resist, 60/90/120 ( 20% AP) Attack Damage, 25/32.5/40% Movement Speed and Attack Speed and immediately start attacking the closest enemy, prioritizing low-health Champions. They can’t use any abilities during this time and each of their attacks applies a stack of Shimmer.
After the Transformation dies or the effect ends, they become untargetable, slowed for 50% and regenerate 50/40/30% of their maximum health over 2 seconds, transforming back into the original enemy Champion with 5 stacks of Shimmer applied
