Roughly one and a half hours ago they posted this video to Twitter.

Quickly it was found this is a number, 1 (424)-231-1054, right from California, Riots HQ.

Upon calling you will hear this upon which the call will hang up.

The best lead so far is simply reversing the audio, upon which you will hear some numbers, which are not so audible so the exact numbers seem to be up to discussion so far. Probably best to listen to it without hearing what others do, but my guess is 4 5 4 9 8(or "and") 10

Important to note is of course in their tweet they clearly stated this will continue, so tomorrows part might help with this and build up from it
