1v1 Custom Specific for 1v1s

I wish riot would add a custom mode to streamline 1v1s. I know we already have summoners rift and howling abyss, but riot could streamline this mode by having just 2 towers and somewhat shorter lanes. On top of this they could make the game automatically end (victory or defeat) once someone reaches 100 cs, first blood, or first tower. I just think this would make 1v1s feel more official(especially for streamers) and have better pacing. A 1v1 ranked mode would be cool as well or even as a norm.
