So first off, hai everyone!
I finally managed to bludgeon my way up to 30 after switching from Lux to Morg/Amumu/misc. supports/etc. and playing with some kind redditors who helped me see what kinds of things I needed to work on. When I hit 30 I jumped right in, got ranked at 1250 after my first 10, and then proceeded to go on a truly spectacular losing streak. I'm 12/26 right now. I'm sure that this means that I suck horribly, and that I truly belong at a sub-800 elo, but after all the time and effort I've put into getting better, it really fucking sucks.
So, I'm back to my old question, should I just give up and uninstall, stick around to fight the leavers, trolls, and other terribad players just like me at 800 elo, or start a new account and try and run it up to 30 hoping to learn something useful along the way?
My averages are 2.1/7.5/7.8 overall, but excluding champs I had no idea how to play but had to because my team wanted an AD or whatever (Sivir/Alistar spring to mind...terrible games), I'm 3.1/7.3/11.5, which doesn't seem awful for a bot support player imo.
I really appreciate the help, guys.
Sincerely,
Daveaham_Lincoln
EDIT: Wow, there's really a ton here for me to go on. I'm going to do my best to follow people's advice and not make dumb mistakes. Wish me luck! I'll keep you updated. Also I'll try to get back to your posts asap, just a bit busy and hadn't expected the amazing response I got!
EDIT #2: Ok, ok, ok...I get it. My stats suck. I'll try to stop dying so much. Please don't tell me how bad my stats are...stick to constructive stuff. OBV my stats suck if I'm sub 800. I still love you all tho. :D
