Champ select trolls are still such a major problem even when they shouldn't be.

It is a bit ridiculous that so many dodges are forced out constantly following a person in champ select locking in a troll pick or otherwise threatening to troll the entire game. There is no way to report them in champ select in order for their actions to be punished. It is ridiculous that no systems are in place to stop people from doing this. I'm done losing 3 lp because my jungler locks in blitzcrank with cleanse and says he will run it down bot.
