Just how hard is 3x3 ranked

I really want a victorious skin this season and I don’t know If I can make it to gold in norms. I’m currently bronze 1 in promos for silver. I usually get paired with or against silver 4-3 and my Elo gains are around 25 and 7 loss so I think my tru elo is silver 4-3. I really want tho gold In any que. I am thinking of trying 3x3 ranked. Is ranked tree line easier to climb.
