What would you add (without adjusting numbers) to a current ultimate to make it more badass to use?

I think Karthus' Requiem has so much potential to be more badass to use than it already is.
What if the voice line was global for the extra disrespect of Karthus killing you across the map?
Or even better: have Karthus whisper a voice line to the person that's about to die (similar to how Zed's Death Mark has a shuriken if you're going to die to it). Every single Karthus "attacking" voice line fits, and let's be real, you never get to hear Karthus' attacking voice lines since he has no basic attacks. It may be considered a "nerf" since you can tell when to use Zhonya's, Shields etc. but I think the feeling would be great.
