As before where he needed to stomp early and play smartly to get ahead and carry the game before he falls off (like lee sin). I think Rengar was the only one with a descent result out of "unreworking" his q. I think "unreworking" shaco's q and make him be visible with sweeper (which you can get now at lv6). We can also make duskblade to decay more in late game like a hydra so we have to rely on getting fed early to buy more items and still be relevant.
