[Clash Mode] Is being unable to scout after the first round intended behavior?

So, after playing a 4 bracket Clash before it apparently bugged out, there's seemingly no way to scout the enemy teams after the first round, since the thing drops us directly into champion selection for the next round the instant both games end.
As it stands, the only way to scout for any round beyond the first would be by scouting all the teams beforehand, and even then, we can't know which team won, so the data has a big chance to be about the wrong team.
