Currently the amount of blue essence you get from champion capsules is very underwhelming, and doesnt give enough to allow for upgrading champion mastery or purchase of champions.

I propose that mastery tokens could be disenchantable to give blue essence with a few potential options:

Only excess level 7 tokens - this would mean you can still be rewarded for playing well on your main(s)

Level 6 and 7 tokens- this could give an alternative to just levelling up to a higher mastery straight away, and could be tier based so that level 6 tokens give less blue essence than level 7 ones
