Raptors Cloak on ARAM no longer builds into anything

They removed Support items from ARAM, which means no Talisman of Ascension.
Guardian's Angel, Ohmwrecker, and Zz'Rot Portal are also disabled on ARAM.
But Raptor's Cloak remains, which became painfully apparent today in an ARAM game v.s. a full AD team. It's a dead-end item, which should get its part in another Item's recipie, or just removed from ARAM.
