Tradition Trundle

So with Traditional Trundle getting the splash art update it seems that the skin became available in store. IIRC traditional Trundle and traditional Sej was given for free prior to their respective champ update and was unobtainable ever since (idk about random hextech or mystery skin though). I don't own traditional trundle or trundle yet I can see him in the skin store. Is this intended?
Here's the proof that he is available
I'm from OCE so might be a little bit a head in time as Taliyah is also out
