is that the patch was always advertised to be a mid season pre-season kind of patch. Everyone knows pre-season patches are NEVER balanced especially at the start and it takes 2-3 patches to have any sort of balance especially due to the large amount of changes which Riot can't reliably test on the PBE. Just think of the MYMU as another pre-season patch (although the timing is different) and give it 2-3 patches to settle down. Give your feedback and criticise Riot if you feel some of the changes are unnecessary but don't look at the raw numbers because they are sure to get changed in the future patches anyways like the pre-season patches. New Vlad feeling too weak/too strong ? Don't focus on that but focus on whether his playstyle is better or worse than before. New Dragons are good to reward teamfighting /or bad cus RNG ? Then talk about that instead of talking about the raw X% stats they give and the same for the other things. Focusing on the numbers itself won't get you anywhere and won't provide meaningful data because they can track numbers with their systems easily, focus on whether the changes themselves feel good or bad to play with or against (although obviously some of those are intertwined like a champ can feel too oppressive or bad with different numbers but not in all cases).
