Udyr and his current state.

As a person who mains Udyr it's really lame to see your favorite champion banned every game. But at the same time I understand that this is a champion that in this current meta is extremely obnoxious to play against with his 600 movement speed. I just want to know how you guys feel about the Phoenix and Turtle nerfs, and if it was the "right" way to balance this champion, along with the hits to Runic and swiftness boots.
