Weird placement bug that I haven't seen?

Hi guys i know there has been a flood of posts regarding placements and bugs surrounding MMR and champ select, but i haven't noticed this bug until it happened to me. I've played three of my games so far, and won them all as show by my match history here, the three after the 20th: http://imgur.com/a/ZpuP7 . As you can see as well, on my profile page It says two wins and one loss? Can anyone explain or has this happened to anyone else? Thanks for any replies :)
