Interaction between new LW and other ArPen items?

Has anyone tested how the new Last Whisper interacts with Youmuu's Ghostblade and Black Cleaver?

I know %ArPen is calculated before flat ArPen, but I don't really know how this new bonus ArPen works with the other two. Like, does Last Whisper ignore less armor on a target with BC stacks? Then when is flat ArPen applied, before or after that?

Let's imagine a target with 300 armor (100 base 200 bonus) and 6 consecutive 1000 damage attacks (from a champion who has all three ArPen items I mentioned earlier) to keep it simple. How much damage would this target take with each attack and in total?
