I started playing league of legends about four months ago and I'm still level 13, I don't get killed a lot, but also rarely get any killls, now here's the deal:

First handicap: I have a physical disability that doesn't allow me to sit for long periods of time, so most of my gaming is done laying face down on my bed, besides that, I play with one hand (heh, it's not what you think) so I have my keys routed to C,V, B, N, M, K and I use my trackpad with my thumb.

Second handicap: I play on a Mac :(

First I would like to get better at the game, if you guys know any resources for a noob to learn how to play effectively please let me know, right now I am maining jungle Amumu.

Also if you know of any assistive technologies or add-ons that could help someone with a disability make better use of the game mechanics I would appreciate if you could throw me a link or some information about them.
