cant connect to anything league of legends

So, as of today I cant connect to anything league. When I try to login to the client it says "login server did not respond" and i cannot connect to the www.leagueoflegends.com site either. When I try to connect to www.lolesports.com , it just does this. https://gyazo.com/a80fab5cb638398b0b7ecd635d1b6d7d help? any suggestions?
