Is or Will there be a way to change to bilgewater theme on Summoners Rift once the event ends?

i love the music, i feel like its much better than that peaceful theme that plays everytime, the music is catchy too and is very fitting when playing GP, is there any way to change the music if they remove the Bilgewater theme from the options menu? and is there a download for the music too?
