Just wondering Why Zac's passive gets the URF buff but Voli's does not...was just testing it out..and Zac's passive goes from 300 seconds to 60 seconds...while Voli's still stays at 2 min....I know since it wont matter in a few days that its kinda pointless to bring this up...but it still something I'm wondering about...
And before you go on about then he would be unkillable what about Mundo(ult lasts 12 sec on a 15 sec CD), Vlad Pool, Galieo(Shield) to name a few, just seems to me like Voli passive should get a lower CD well.
