Being Able to Change Banner

<3 HEY RIOT <3 After having purchased the new amazingly-perfect DJ Sona skin, I was excited for picking out a banner to use for my profile. I quickly realized that in order to do that, one must change their summoner icon to one of the specific, banner-inclusive, few. I'm not sure how much work it would take, but if it wasn't too much effort I would love it if we could choose a banner without changing the summoner icon.
tldr: Want to have banner without icon. (Also not that long)
